1 yard square (36x36) receiving blanket made from super soft flannel.

I had rather large babies, who outgrew the traditional sized receiving blanket in no time. Once while yard sale-ing about 8 years ago I came across a homemade lightweight cotton extra large receiving blanket. I thought I hit the jack-pot with my find. Now many years later, I am proud to offer them myself to other mothers! These blankets are fantastic for larger babies, and big enough to use as a nursing blanket/cover.

♥19x8 contoured burp cloth, made from 2 layers of super soft flannel with a single layer of fleece sandwiched between.

♥The layer of fleece adds extra padding. Fleece drys quickly and has the ability wick water or other fluids away. I've double stitched each burp pad and frayed the edges for that great rag quilt look! Each pad has been pre-washed 2 times, to insure durability and to help the flannel to fray enough for that classic rag quilt look.

M&M Slings will hold a newborn up to a 35lb in 5 different carrying positions:
1. Nurse your baby in our "cradle carry" in your sling in privacy and use the sling "tail" as a built in nursing cover up (if you like).
2. Let your little one benefit from the sound of your heart beating in our "tummy to tummy" position (also a great position for burping and colic).
3. Sit her cross legged and facing forward so she can see the world around her in our "kangaroo carry".
4. Give your arms a break and hold your baby on your hip without throwing your back out in our "hip carry" position. 5. Lastly, let your toddlers tired legs take a break and sling him on your back "piggy back" style (great for children ages 12 months-5 yrs, but up to 35lbs).
